I think maybe we are underestimating Spurrier. Second season should be better. Look for the skins to outscore Jets.

General - I'm with you. Rain, rain, rain in the forecast. I think a wet field helps the passing game because the WR's know where they are going and the defense has to react. That said Washington has the better WR's and the better D-backs so I'll take Washington -3.
